Salary Range: $91.14 – $100.25 per visit

What You Will Do





Assess and implement SLP interventions (e.g., swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home‑based setting

Use a team-oriented, interdisciplinary, team‑based approach to care and services

Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (e.g., enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)

Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario

Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Person‑ and family‑centered focus in all care activities

Comfortable delivering care both in person and via virtual methods/technology

Passionate, empathetic, apply good judgment and critical thinking when making client decisions

Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently

Flexible and capable of applying critical thinking to a variety of situations

Value the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home where they want to be
