CMC Electronics is seeking an Engineering Manager, Software to lead a team of software engineers delivering avionics software for civil and military programs. You will oversee staffing, training, estimates, and adherence to DO-178B/C and ARINC-653 settings.
You will collaborate with Project Engineers, Quality, and Program Management to align software capability with program commitments and regulatory requirements. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in aviation software are expected.
