Salary Range: $56.44 – $64.86 per visit.

What You Will Do





Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions (swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home-based setting

Use of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and services

Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)

Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario

Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

Embrace person and family-centered care

Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology

Passionate, empathetic, uses good judgment and critical thinking when making client decisions

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, as well as work independently

Flexible and demonstrates critical thinking skills applicable to a variety of situations

Values the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home, where they want to be
