This is a longitudinal family practice posting.

Hours and day of the week can be negotiated.

The intent is to build a recent panel of patients from the Lake Cowichan area.

The Kaatza Clinic is a part of the Cowichan PCN and has access to team-based care.

This role would work alongside another family physician, 2 NPs, 2 MOA and 1 RN; and has access to a PCN Social Worker and Pharmacist.

The clinic is co-located with public health and community health services.
