Your mission
Command Dash 8 operations with uncompromising adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
Exercise sound judgment in dynamic weather and operational environments to ensure secure, on-time performance.
Lead effective CRM, mentor First Officers, and foster a just culture within the flight deck.
Coordinate seamlessly with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Ground Ops to deliver a consistent, customer-first experience.
Champion SMS reporting, continuous improvement, and a proactive safety mindset.
What you bring
Minimum flight time: Total: 4000 hrs | PIC: 2500 hrs | Multi-engine PIC: 2000 hrs
License: ATPL (TCCA)
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Currency: If previously held, a Dash 8 PPC not expired by more than 24 months
Type rating: Not required; NTR candidates welcome (Dash 8 training provided)
Soft skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
Safety: Demonstrated commitment to safety culture; successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Preferred: British Columbia flying experience is a great asset
Health & compliance: Covid-19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
