CMHA Toronto is seeking a Transitional Housing Worker (THW) for Carlton House to support refugees and newcomers with mental health and social care needs. You will work with a team to ensure access to services, crisis response, and coordination of shelter operations.
The role requires crisis intervention, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care, with direct client interaction and group/individual programming in a multidisciplinary setting. Evenings and weekends are involved.
