Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and evaluate resident health changes
• Collaborate with MD and healthcare specialists
• Advocate for resident interests during care discussions
• Lead clinical teams in dementia and palliative care
• Monitor and interpret care trends for educational programming

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of geriatric nursing experience
• Leadership knowledge is beneficial
• Active registration as a Primary Health Care RN
• Understanding of Long Term Care and related legislation
• Certificates in behavioral support are an asset
