Title: PMO Lead (Director)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a PMO Lead to support a confidential enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This individual will provide executive-level oversight across program governance, financial management, risk mitigation, resource planning, and stakeholder communications. The PMO Lead will work closely with program sponsors, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure the transformation remains aligned to strategic objectives while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality targets. This role will establish and manage program governance frameworks, executive reporting structures, RAID management processes, integrated planning activities, and cross-functional decision-making forums.



The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading PMOs within large-scale ERP transformations and a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders through complex organizational change.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
12+ years of program and project management experience
7+ years leading PMOs within SAP or ERP transformation programs
Experience managing multi-million-dollar initiatives with multiple workstreams
Solid governance, financial management, and executive reporting expertise
Experience with SAP Activate methodology
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
PMP certification SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
Big Four consulting background
