As an RN/RPN, your role will be pivotal in delivering psychiatric nursing services to children and adolescents. You will assess, plan, and implement care strategies while acting as a key member of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and plan nursing interventions for patients
• Promote and participate in the therapeutic program
• Create accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare specialists for patient-centered care
• Participate in educational activities and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
• At least one year of experience in psychiatric settings
• Active registration with BCCNM as an RN or RPN
• Experience with child and adolescent populations
• Understanding of psychopharmacology and mental health legislation
