In this part time role, you will be part of the Supported Independent Living (SIL) program. Ideal candidates will have a background in mental health and experience working with multidisciplinary teams. This position involves supporting individuals in their homes and local communities while fostering an active, engaging lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to clients in their homes
• Assist with skill development and community integration
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Self-start and develop new models as needed
• Participate in team meetings and feedback sessions
Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver’s License
• Positive Behaviour Management Training
• Criminal Record Clearance and references
• Robust interpersonal communication skills
