Position Overview

As a Licensed 310T Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will work with well‑maintained equipment in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and play a key role in ensuring fleet reliability and MTO compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems
Perform preventative maintenance on heavy‑duty trucks and related equipment
Complete vehicle inspections and ensure MTO compliance
Troubleshoot engine, transmission, braking, and emissions systems
Accurately complete work orders and service documentation
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work setting




Support emergency and after‑hours repairs as required

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
Previous experience with diesel or heavy‑duty equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair procedures
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
