We're looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to support the startup of our current manufacturing facility. Collaborating closely with the HR Manager, you will lead onboarding programs, develop HR policies, and provide guidance on employee relations. Your proactive approach will contribute to a solid HR foundation for our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures
• Conduct Recent Hire Orientations for incoming employees
• Maintain up-to-date employee records for compliance
• Collaborate with recruitment on staffing strategies
• Facilitate workplace investigations and provide resolutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required
• At least 5 years of HR expertise
• Experience with Workday HRIS is desirable
• CHRP certification is a plus
• Robust analytical skills to support HR functions
