This role is vital in planning and delivering health services that respect and reflect Anishnawbek culture and practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct home care program operations and ensure service quality
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care strategies

Requirements:
• BScN and Registered Nurse in Ontario
• 3–5 years of nursing experience in community health
• Solid leadership skills with experience in staff management
• Knowledgeable in Indigenous culture and health matters
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
