Key Responsibilities:
• Assess Camp Kadimah’s business model through analysis
• Create current partnerships and opportunities in programming
• Expand community outreach for diverse members
• Train and manage staff in program delivery
• Develop and evaluate program curricula and standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Jewish Communal Service or similar fields
• 5+ years in relevant program planning experience
• Solid budgeting and business development skills
• Proficient communication capabilities
• Deep understanding of Jewish culture and traditions
