In this vital role, you will assess pediatric clients, create and apply personalized treatment strategies, and ensure all documentation is effectively managed. Your work will be instrumental in supporting families and enhancing children's lives across our vibrant therapy program. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive evaluations for pediatric clients
• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans




• Document progress in EMR systems
• Achieve and track goals in the Plan of Care
• Support and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (preferably a Doctorate)
• Must be licensed in Florida
• Familiarity with pediatric settings preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to personal and qualified growth
