Your Responsibilities Research and analyze: Conduct customer research, analyze market trends, and run experiments to identify clear product opportunities that improve the customer experience and drive results Drive delivery: Support day-to-day agile execution, write high-quality user stories, manage the backlog in Jira, and keep the engineering team unblocked and aligned Shape the roadmap: Contribute ideas to the roadmap, help prioritize, and advocate for the work that matters most Collaborate: Work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate high-level ideas into clear requirements and actionable plans Measure and iterate: Define success metrics for features, monitor performance post‑launch, and drive continuous improvement based on data Build domain expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the Canadian mortgage and insurance landscape by staying informed on competitors, trends, and real pain points customers face Your Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in a product, tech, or strategy role (internships and co‑ops count) Strong communicator, equally comfortable talking to an engineer and a business stakeholder Customer‑first mindset; start from the customerand work backwards toward a solution Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage competing priorities while keeping everyone aligned Curious about personal finance, mortgages,
