Mandatory Requirements

Experience in coordinating with business, IT partners, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze all of a client's business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

Experience dealing with clients and explaining complex data principles in a thoughtful manner.

Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows.

Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role.

Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions.

Experience working within an agile development setting.

Nice to Have

Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study.

Product Owner certification: CSPO or PSPO

Direct, hands‑on experience performing business requirement analysis related to data manipulation/transformation, cleansing and wrangling.

Ensuring data quality, security, and governance.

Experience aligning data architecture with organizational data strategies and digital service delivery goals.

Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development principles

Experience in project management.

Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.





Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions.

Experience with BI and advanced data analytics in an organization of equivalent size and complexity Experience with business writing, communication and documentation.

Experience with change management.

Experience working with digital or data product (data pipelines, data user interfaces, data catalogues, data architecture

Required Experience

An understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM) through demonstrated experience.

A results driven mindset and able to function independently, while engaging with other stakeholders and team members as required to deliver outcomes.

A thorough understanding and experience using an Agile/Hybrid approach. Experience with tools such as JIRA is preferred.

Knowledge of and the ability to apply and interpret complex legislations/regulations, policies, and standards.

Ability to work collaboratively and productively to achieving outcomes

Demonstrated experience conducting a gap analysis between legacy systems and modern solutions.

Project management experience and leading product team members and staff to achieve results, and the ability to

Apply a collaborative and integrated approach to achieve corporate goals.
