In this permanent full time position, you will support quality initiatives across Ontario, working closely with operations and sales for optimal process management. Drive improvements by establishing effective quality assurance programs and analyzing performance indicators, while also developing a cohesive quality team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direction in auditing and validating production processes
• Collaborate with management for improved strategies
• Develop quality assurance documentation and compliance




• Enhance record keeping and reporting systems
• Manage and mentor Quality Control staff

Requirements:
• Engineering degree or 4-7 years related experience
• Background in quality and project management
• Prior supervisory roles essential
• Competence in MS Office and LIMS is beneficial
• Must hold a valid Ontario G Class license with vehicular access
