Lead important initiatives as a Policy Advisor in the investment sector. Focus on the development, review, and approval of essential regulations for investment and mutual fund dealers in a versatile hybrid model.
This role reports directly to the Director of Financial and Operations Policy, emphasizing team-oriented efforts within the Member Regulation Policy Team. It requires presenting policy proposals to advisory committees and engaging with external and internal stakeholders on compliance and operational matters. Your analytical skills will be critical in evaluating current policies affecting the investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and implement financial guidance for dealers
• Collaborate for policy initiative approvals
• Prepare presentations and materials for advisory committees
• Conduct educational sessions on compliance
• Analyze current policy issues in the investment sector
Requirements:
• University degree in law, finance, or business
• 5 years of experience in securities regulation
• Relevant qualified designation desired
• Proficient in communication and drafting
• Understanding of investment industry regulations
