GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking Facility and Heavy Equipment Operators for a unique combined role in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This position involves both landfill facility operations and heavy equipment operation, offering a dynamic work environment for experienced candidates. The ideal applicant will be comfortable switching between equipment operation and facility management, and will thrive in a safety-focused, compliance-driven setting.

What You’ll Need

- Proven experience operating dozers and loaders in a field or industrial setting
- Mechanical background, with the confidence to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
- Robust communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Willingness to work a 14/14 rotation and be available for on-call support
- Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
- Must be local to Fort McMurray, AB

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Experience in landfill, waste management, water management, or well operations
- Previous facility operations experience in oil and gas or mining environments
- Familiarity with environmental and regulatory compliance in a facility setting
- H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications
