The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine repairs (e.G., drywall patching, painting, door repairs, light plumbing/electrical)Conduct inspections and identify issues needing repairMaintain cleanliness and safety standards at worksitesComplete tenant work orders and turnover tasks on timeAssist with renovation prep and finish workCommunicate effectively with clients, team leads,
