As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the primary project leader, accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale commercial building projects, typically valued at $50M+. This role requires exceptional leadership across site operations, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams of site staff, trades, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ranging from $30M–$150M
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Drive project schedules, budgets,



and quality standards with accuracy and accountability
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, supporting a high-performance culture
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial construction, including 5+ years in a project management role
Proven success managing large, complex commercial projects with budgets exceeding $50M
