and equipment recordsTrain new hires and apprentices on electrical standards and maintenance practicesPartner with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing projectsSupport housekeeping, maintenance organization, and continuous improvement activitiesEnsure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A)Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly equipment in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of PLCs, CNC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumaticsExperience troubleshooting automated assembly equipment and robotic systemsUnderstanding of automotive manufacturing systems and quality requirementsStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work rotating continental shiftsBonus Points If You Have:Experience with Fanuc robotsWelding and basic machining experienceKnowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standardsExperience supporting high-volume automotive manufacturing operationsExperience leading or supporting continuous improvement projectsHow to Apply:Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com — We can’t wait to meet you!What we offer:Johnson Electric offers talented people like you the opportunity to grow professionally and personally,
