Role Overview
This position will provide general finance, payroll, and other administrative support to Kwik Lok Canada. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team providing full office support for our Cambridge, Ontario plant!
Position Responsibilities and Results
Perform Accounts Payable duties including invoice entry, cheque payments, and tax reconciliations
Enter and ensure accuracy of all purchase orders issued, including pricing and delivery confirmations
Enter Payroll data for submittal to third party vendor accurately by set deadlines
Greet visitors and ensure they follow safety protocols
Assist with annual audit preparation
Work in partnership with corporate accounting group in Yakima, WA
Provide backup and support to other departments as needed
Perform filing, scanning, copying, and other office duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Education: Degree in Accounting or Business preferred
Experience: 3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
ERP experience preferred (NetSuite)
Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship

Able to work under minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsive to internal and external inquiries via telephone, email, fax, and mail
Able to work independently as well as collaborate with teams

Focused on continuous process improvement

Salary: $58,700 – 65,600 commensurate with education and experience
Level: Exempt position reporting to the Plant Manager
Paid leave: Paid vacation accrual and holidays
Perks: Medical and dental health insurance offered after 90 days of employment
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Cambridge, Ontario
