We are looking for a Health and Safety Expert to enhance our safety culture from our Innisfil location. This office role involves collaboration with leadership and teams to implement improvements to our health and safety programs. You will also be responsible for training, compliance audits, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of health and safety strategies
• Advise on safety policies and legal requirements
• Conduct safety audits at assigned locations
• Engage in training and track completion of safety programs
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:
• Health & Safety diploma or certification needed
• Minimum of 3 years in a health and safety role
• Experience in industrial environments preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and processes
