Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Payroll Lead with expertise in Canadian Payroll and Workday Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining Workday Payroll solutions, along with broader payroll system knowledge (e.g., ADP, Oracle). US Payroll experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support the payroll workstream in Workday implementation projects.

Design and deploy Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.

Manage Workday Payroll configurations, updates, and migrations to production.

Provide support for payroll processes, including post‑payroll activities such as posting, bank transfers, and paychecks.

Address legal, regulatory, and year‑end reporting requirements in Workday.

Research and resolve Workday Payroll issues and support new client requirements.

Manage small onshore and offshore functional teams.

Advise clients on industry standards, leading practices, and innovative solutions.

Demonstrate design options through prototyping and apply Workday/Accenture methodologies.

Provide project status updates to the Project Manager and manage client relationships.

Travel




Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need

Workday Partner Certification.

Minimum of 3 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience.

Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in a Senior Consultant or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

English language proficiency for collaboration with multi‑national teams.

Bonus Points If

Experience in Canadian Payroll processing.

Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes.

Demonstrated understanding of HR functions and processes.

Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and resources in complex global engagements.

Compensation
Role location: British Columbia/Ontario/Current Brunswick. Annual salary range: $82,600 to $132,600.

Additional compensation and benefits are provided in accordance with local law and vary by role, skill set, and level of experience.
