TRADE JOURNEYMAN HEAVY DUTY MECHANIC / COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT MECHANIC

Location: Quesnel, BC

Full‑time, year‑round position.

Key Considerations:
You have a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
You want to be home every night.
You enjoy the challenge of working on heavy‑duty equipment.

Required Qualifications:
Certified Trade Journeyman Heavy Duty or Commercial Transport Mechanic.
Valid BC driver’s license (minimum Class 5; Class 1 or 3 with air preferred). Positive driving record.
Physically fit and capable of performing job requirements.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair an equipment fleet that includes trucks, trailers, graders, loaders, backhoes, mowers, brushers, sweepers, excavators, pavers, rollers, asphalt profilers, and winter‑maintenance attachments.




Execute preventive maintenance programs.
Work independently and as part of a team to ensure high equipment availability.

Compensation and Perks:
