Introduction :
Robertson is seeking a skilled Mutual Funds Analyst to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $30 per hour
Location : Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Process mutual fund trades and settlements
Investigate and resolve transaction breaks and discrepancies
Handle Fund SERV transactions and money movements
Use Excel macros to support operational processes
Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory procedures

Experience & Qualification Requirements:




University graduate in Finance degree required
5 years of Accountant experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, pivots, macros)
Banking/Financial experience
Tech Savvy- ability to pick up internal systems quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Trade settlements
