We’re now expanding into Alberta and looking for a high-performance business development professional to build this region from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and develop new business across Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton, surrounding industrial regions)

Sell
3D scanning systems (Scanology lineup)
Dimensional inspection services
ISO 17025 calibration services
Book and run product demos (with support from our technical team)
Build relationships with manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, energy, and fabrication companies
Maintain a solid pipeline and hit aggressive growth targets

What We’re Looking For
Previous metrology experience is required (portable arms, laser trackers, 3D scanning, CMMs, etc.)




Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (technical or industrial sales preferred)
Hunter mentality – you are comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and own a territory
Willingness to travel within Alberta
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
Build a qualified pipeline within first 60–90 days
Close initial service and/or system deals within first 4–6 months
Establish TMC as a recognized player in Alberta’s manufacturing ecosystem
