As a vital member of our team, you will manage multiple client implementations, serving as the main contact throughout the process. This role requires expertise in HR/payroll outsourcing and solid project management skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete Client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism
• Manage multiple client implementations and run initial payrolls
• Train newly onboarded clients on our products




• Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
• Audit and review client payroll and HR data for accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years related experience required
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll outsourcing and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Time management and project management expertise
• Associate degree preferred but not mandatory
