YMCA BC in Vancouver is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented individual to support our inclusive before and after school program for children ages 5–12. You will design activities, provide individualized support as needed, and help children navigate conflicts in a welcoming setting.

You will contribute to care plans, maintain ratios, and ensure safety and belonging. The role offers part time hours with a positive community impact.
