• Participate in project development and corporate transaction processes • Manage legal obligations related to project approvals • Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements • Coordinate stakeholder relationships for partnerships • Oversee due diligence and transaction closings

Requirements: • Good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia • 5 to 7 years of legal experience required • Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
