Job Overview NP position for WELL Health – Port Coquitlam Wilson Family Practice
Location 2185 Wilson Avenue, Port Coquitlam, Canada
Job Type Long Term (>8 weeks) Locum – flexible schedule
Proposed Dates May 5 2025 to December 31 2028
Responsibility Provide full‑scope family practice as a Nurse Practitioner, either full‑time or part‑time.
Work flexible schedule with no walk‑in component; schedule determined with the clinic.
Access virtual and telehealth services in addition to in‑clinic care.
Financials Overhead Agreement: Monthly (PCN) for Nurse Practitioners, coordinated with the Director of Recruitment.
Practice Details Use up to 2 exam rooms and 1 office during shifts (clinic has 20 exam rooms).
Shared and dedicated office space is available.
Electronic Medical Record system: Profile.
Hours The clinic is open Monday to Saturday. Hours are flexible; virtual care hours can be added. There is no strict time‑off policy.




On‑Call Arrangement All physicians in the practice rotate together in a group on‑call schedule.
Staffing The clinic currently has 11 physicians (full‑time and part‑time), an office manager, two RNs, and multiple MOAs to support transitions.
