In this role, you will report to the Production Manager and will need to set up and maintain SMT equipment while ensuring that products meet quality standards. Your experience in visual inspection and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles will greatly enhance team productivity. Solid communication skills are essential for working alongside the Lead Hand and other operators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely handle products in an ESD-controlled environment
• Operate SMT equipment and conduct preventive maintenance




• Perform inspections to ensure product quality
• Document your work and assist in reworking boards
• Collaborate with teammates for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• High school diploma; Technical Diploma preferred
• At least 2 years of SMT operator experience
• Ability to interpret BOM and instructions
• Familiarity with IPC-610 quality standards
• Moderate proficiency in data tools like Excel
