Overview
We are seeking forward‑thinking Family Physicians and Nurse Practitioners licensed to practice in British Columbia to join Terra Nova Yaletown Medical Clinic. The clinic will open in Summer/Fall 2025 and offers a flexible, provider‑centered model with an creative cross‑coverage system and advanced technology.

1061 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, Canada. The area provides a vibrant urban environment with walkable neighborhoods, parks, and diverse dining options.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Physician’s choice between LFP billing, NTP contract ($312,000/year + bonuses), or Fee‑for‑Service.

Estimated Earning Potential: $400,000+/year.

Responsibilities

Provide family medicine care for 20‑40 patients per day, with flexibility to adjust volume based on personal preference.

Manage a patient panel spanning all age groups, from newborns to the elderly.

Participate in chronic disease management,



preventative care, vaccinations, and other core family medicine duties.

Accept minimal on‑call duties: home‑call about 2 weeks per year, average 0‑1 calls per week.

Offer optional weekend or night shifts; schedule is entirely provider‑controlled.

Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, allied health providers, and the larger Terra Nova network for cross‑coverage and multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

Physician or Nurse Practitioner licensed in British Columbia.

Experience in primary care or family medicine; International Medical Graduates (IMGs) considered with support for licensing.

Comfort with advanced EMR platforms (Arya).

Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative practice.
