Become a key member of the Osawatomie Medical Pavilion as a full-time Registered Nurse in Rural Health Family Medicine. Your role is critical in promoting patient health and managing care effectively.
The Ambulatory Clinic RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to coordinate patient care and support families through education and communication. This role collaborates closely with healthcare professionals and embodies core values such as compassion and integrity, ensuring quality service in line with standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe clinical workplace for patients
• Collaborate with various healthcare providers
• Evaluate patient needs and provide triage support
• Educate patients using diverse resources
• Participate in Patient Centered Medical Home Team efforts
Requirements:
• Associate Degree in Nursing is essential
• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) – Multi-State
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Preferred 1+ years in a healthcare setting
• High School Graduate required
