Work Arrangement
You’ll be working at the Ford Credit Canada headquarters in Oakville, ON for a minimum of four days per week, with a 40‑hour work week across five days. The schedule includes in‑office collaboration and remote work. For specific positions you will be required to work rotating shifts, including evenings (Monday–Friday, up to 9:00 p.m. EST), some holidays, and Saturdays (up to 8:00 p.m. EST).

What You’ll Do – Program Rotations
Rotation 1: Business Center Operations
Credit underwriting for consumer, commercial, and commercial line‑of‑credit customers.
Financial analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
Customer service best practices.
Negotiation and relationship‑management skills through direct and daily communication with dealer partners.
Rotation 2: Sales Operations
Performance consulting and relationship management.
Communication skills.Financial analysis and risk management.

Onboarding Support: Guidance from our Learning & Development team and People Leaders throughout your first year.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce (including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Management), Communications/Public Relations, Organizational Development, Economics, or related fields.
Proof of degree completion required. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is required.
Upon completion of the program you must be willing to relocate to one of our key field locations across Canada (relocation assistance provided).
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
Ability to embody Ford’s core behaviors of excellence, focus, and collaboration.
Expected annual salary: $65,242.00 – $70,770.00. Individuals may be eligible to participate in our quarterly Flexible Bonus Rewards program.
