Drive health and safety excellence as a Senior Health and Safety Advisor at Webuild on the Hazel McCallion LRT project in Canada. Implement robust safety measures and enhance compliance to ensure workforce well-being.

As a key member of the Health and Safety team, you will report to the Health and Safety Manager and play a pivotal role in safeguarding the work workplace for the Hazel McCallion LRT venture. Your responsibilities will encompass risk assessment, safety inspections, and training for a diverse workforce. You will be at the forefront of improving health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor H&S; compliance at the construction site
• Compile and analyze weekly and monthly H&S; reports




• Conduct safety audits and checks regularly
• Assist in safety training and toolbox talks
• Investigate incidents, performing Root Cause Analysis

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior H&S; position
• NCSO or relevant qualification in Health and Safety
• Expertise in ISO 45001 and relevant safety regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid Class G Driver's License
