In this permanent role reporting to the CFO, you'll collaborate with underwriters and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and support essential financial operations. The ideal candidate excels in research and analysis while maintaining strong attention to detail. Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial tasks
• Analyze variances and produce financial reports




• Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts and documents
• Support team with premium and claim bordereaux submissions

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance
• Pursuing CPA designation highly regarded
• Experience with Sage Enterprise Intelligence a must
• Robust written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities
