Cyclic Materials Canada is seeking a Director, Internal Controls & SOX Compliance to build and lead a global ICFR and SOX program, supporting IPO readiness, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP with scalable governance across a multinational organization.
Reporting to the Global CFO, you will design and implement a comprehensive control framework, recruit and develop future SOX and internal audit resources, and coordinate with external advisors to ensure rigorous compliance and operational excellence.
