As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for comprehensive accounting tasks across Condominium and Commercial properties. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a proactive attitude. Your role will involve handling invoices, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle accounting for property portfolios
• Process Accounts Receivable and Payable transactions
• Reconcile financial accounts and maintain records




• Generate monthly financial statements for management
• Liaise with property managers and clients on inquiries

Requirements:
• Background in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years of full-cycle property accounting experience
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
