Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities, including preventive and reactive work

Ensure building systems and equipment are maintained in a safe and reliable condition

Oversee completion of work orders and service requests in a timely and efficient manner

Supervise, schedule, and support operational staff, ensuring appropriate coverage and performance

Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members

Coordinate and oversee external contractors and service providers

Respond to tenant/resident service requests professionally and efficiently

Maintain common areas, grounds, and exterior elements including cleanliness and seasonal services

Assist in budget oversight, cost control, and resource planning

Ensure compliance with all safety programs, policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or building operations

Technical certification or trade license preferred (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Operator)

Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems

Experience coordinating contractors and managing service delivery

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced,



customer-focused environment

Valid driver’s license is considered an asset

Salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.
