We're looking for a Change Management Specialist with 4+ years of experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

4+ years in Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Experience developing Change Plans, Communication Plans, Training Plans, and Impact Assessments
Solid communication, facilitation, and training material development skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Nice to Have:

PROSCI or CCMP Certification
Experience with digital transformation projects
Business analysis and requirements gathering experience
