In this full time position, you'll report to the General Manager and be responsible for managing funeral home operations, focusing on service quality and financial performance. Your experience as a Funeral Director, combined with strong leadership skills, will help you recruit, train, and guide staff to meet organizational goals. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain the home’s exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily funeral home operations with customer care priority
• Implement financial strategies and achieve annual forecasts




• Ensure all staff comply with ethical and legal standards
• Lead recruitment and staff training initiatives

Requirements:
• Licensed Funeral Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Management experience is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of funeral processes
• Proven development skills in business and sales
• Strong collaborator with Cemetery Operations
