We provide clients with discretionary investment management and privileged access to the expertise of our RBC Wealth Management Services team which includes highly accredited lawyers, accountants, and financial planning specialists.
Job Description
As the Wealth Concierge, you will be responsible for supporting a team of established Investment Counsellors and their valued clients with concierge‑level service and coordination. You will possess a passion for service excellence with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail, while coordinating with various department and internal partners.
What will you do?
Provide excellence in client service, by responding to all client inquiries, updating client files as required and preparing client presentation material for wealth planning meetings.
Prepare all Annual Review Meeting material in advance.
Review Financial Plan, Will and Estate Plan and Insurance information prior to client presentation.
Utilise SalesForce when updating Wealth Planning items and my Discovery preparation.
Communicate with COI’s/CA’s/LLB’s etc.
Support advisory team and client through the wealth management process. Help gather relevant info, documents, and questionnaires. Track progress and follow‑up.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the partners, COI’s and other resources necessary to support the role and team in their daily operations.
Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls.
Assist the Investment Counsellors and the team where additional support is needed based on volume of administrative workflow and client confirmation transactions.
What do you need to succeed?
Must‑have
University Degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Premier Banker, and Private Banking Associate
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Nice‑to‑have
CFP, PFP, or working towards either designation.

The expected salary range for the above position is $50,000 - 80,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
