As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will oversee ongoing operations of Radiant applications, focusing on issue resolution and system enhancements. Your responsibilities include leading updates, providing user support, and collaborating with operational committees to optimize workflows across clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and troubleshoot complex application issues
• Provide independent maintenance and support for applications
• Lead the testing of application improvements and current releases
• Work with Principal Trainers to assist end users
• Regularly review ongoing project statuses with leadership

Requirements:
• Required prior experience with Epic® systems
• Preferred certification in Radiant, Lumens or Cupid
• Strong knowledge of clinical systems and imaging workflows
• MRT experience is a plus
