As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will work in various care settings, including Intensive Care Units and the Ross Tilley Burn Centre. Reporting to the Manager of Respiratory Therapy, you will deliver 24/7 respiratory support and collaborate with multiple teams. Your role involves critical interventions such as airway management, as well as mentoring students in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ventilation effectiveness and weaning processes
• Engage in Trauma and Code Team responses
• Execute intubations and tracheostomy insertions
• Deliver respiratory care when necessary
• Mentor students and assess their clinical competencies

Requirements:
• Valid CRTO registration in Ontario
• Degree/Diploma from a recognized program
• Current BCLS certification required
• Experience in both Acute and Critical Care
• Robust clinical, technical, and communication skills
