As a Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Advisory Senior Associate, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that will elevate your career. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Leverage risk and regulatory knowledge and a broad advisory skillset to develop and enhance client deliverables across financial and non‑financial risk dimensions, including enterprise risk, credit risk, operational resilience, third‑party risk, compliance risk, and others—ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
Contribute to the design and delivery of innovative risk‑management solutions that extend beyond traditional risk and compliance functions to support broader business objectives and create measurable value for clients.
Facilitate client workshops and collaborative sessions, applying strong industry insight,
business acumen, and critical thinking to structure and communicate complex regulatory and risk concepts clearly and effectively.
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal writing, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership that elevate PwC’s profile and demonstrate our expertise in risk and regulatory advisory.
Enhance PwC’s leadership position in Risk and Regulatory Advisory through active participation in industry forums, client presentations, and the publication of insightful research and viewpoints.
Engage in continuous learning through targeted training programs covering risk and regulatory standards, use of technology and GenAI, engagement best practices, and sector‑specific knowledge to drive professional growth and deliver exceptional client service.
What You’ll Bring
Professional experience in one or more of the following sub‑sectors in Financial Services: banks, insurance, asset management, private equity, credit unions, and financial crown corporation.
Proven experience from consulting, industry, or regulatory roles, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements across non‑financial or financial risks (e.g., credit risk, operational risk, operational resilience, third‑party risk management, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, etc.).
Ability to critically analyze client operations to identify risk mitigation opportunities, drive improvements, and innovate solutions tailored to complex regulatory and business environments.
Excellent report writing and stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated experience managing senior‑level client relationships and collaborating effectively within diverse project teams.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies—such as resilience tools and Generative AI—in risk and regulatory advisory contexts, adapting across diverse projects and client needs.
Demonstrated capacity to support conclusions with logical reasoning, provide transparent recommendations to senior stakeholders, and lead the design, implementation, and management of effective compliance programs.
A proactive mindset toward ongoing professional development to stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $46,600 – $77,600. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
