Starting September 1st, 2026, this position focuses on Woodwork classes for Grades 8-12. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education and be eligible for BC certification. Preference will be given to those already certified in British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Woodwork across grades 8-12 and encourage creativity
• Establish a well-organized and functional classroom
• Safely operate woodworking machinery for lessons
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Adhere to BC curriculum standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education degree required
• Certification to teach in British Columbia is necessary
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to commute or relocate to Surrey, BC
• Experience with woodworking machinery needed
