Fraser Health is looking for a passionate Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of three years' experience in providing culturally relevant care. You'll integrate Indigenous worldviews into patient assessments and treatments, shaping care models that respect both Indigenous and Western values. Your expertise will foster health improvements at both individual and community levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and manage undiagnosed health conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate health information clearly to patients and families




• Collaborate with healthcare teams for enhanced patient care
• Participate in policy-making for health service improvements

Requirements:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner registration with BCCNM
• Relevant clinical nursing experience of three years
